The industry runs on
word of mouth.

Right now, if you want to know which fiber companies are hiring, which markets are opening, what a campaign actually pays, or whether an organization is worth working for, you ask around. Facebook groups. Telegram. A text to someone you worked with two markets ago. A screenshot of a screenshot.

That works, sort of. It also means opportunities fill before most people hear about them, good reps get stuck at organizations that undervalue them, and companies launching a market spend weeks rebuilding a network that already exists — just nowhere anyone can search.

FIBERPROS exists to give that network a structure.

What it is today

A marketplace. Companies post opportunities with the details that actually matter in this industry — provider, market, territory, channel, employment structure, and how the pay is really calculated. Professionals filter by those same fields, save what they're considering, and express interest without a résumé round-trip.

Profiles carry the things that describe a fiber career: providers you've carried, states you've worked, whether you've run a team or launched a market. Company pages carry the same in reverse, so an organization can be evaluated rather than just contacted.

Where it's going

Trust is the hard part of this market, and it's the part FIBERPROS is built to solve over time — verified employment, verified production, reviews that cut both ways, and a reputation that follows a professional between organizations instead of resetting every time they move.

Community comes after that. This platform grew out of one, and the discussions, market updates, and provider news that live in group chats today belong somewhere they can be found later.

We're building the marketplace first, because that's the part that's broken right now.
